TKDForm Privacy Policy

Summary
TKDForm records video on your device to analyze your Taekwondo technique. Videos are never uploaded or stored. A small number of still frames are sent for analysis and discarded immediately. Your results stay on your device.
What we collect
Video frames. When you finish recording, TKDForm extracts up to four still images from your recording and sends them to our analysis service, which passes them to Anthropic's Claude API to generate feedback. The frames are used only to produce that feedback. They are not stored by us, and Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.
The video file itself is never uploaded. It stays in temporary storage on your device and is removed by iOS.
A device identifier. We store a random identifier generated by your device (Apple's identifierForVendor) to count how many analyses you have used today, so we can enforce the free daily limit. It is not linked to your name, email, Apple ID, or any other identity. It is deleted if you delete the app. We cannot use it to identify you.
Nothing else. TKDForm has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics SDK, no advertising, and no tracking across apps or websites.
What stays on your device
Your analysis history (scores, grades, strengths, and corrections) is stored only on your device. It is never sent to us. You can delete all of it at any time from Settings, or by deleting the app.
Camera and microphone
TKDForm requests camera access to record your form, and microphone access because iOS records audio alongside video. Audio is not analyzed and is not sent anywhere.

We do not sell data, and we do not share data with anyone else.
Data retention
Frames are held only for the seconds it takes to produce your feedback, then discarded. Daily usage counters are automatically deleted after 48 hours. We retain nothing else.
Children
TKDForm is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. There are no accounts and no personal details are requested at any point.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data tied to you, there is nothing for us to look up, export, or delete on request. Deleting the app removes your history and your device identifier entirely.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
